Navigos Search is assisting our client in finding talent for the Factory Manager position in the Garment industry in Quang Tri. For this position, the candidate will oversee and improve production processes, develop new samples that can be applied for bulk production, and ensure products are produced on time and of the required quality. The position also requires experience in resource management, training and evaluating employees, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with departments to optimize production.

Job Requirements:
💼 At least 5 years of solid working experience in cotton knit garments in a management role
💼 In-depth knowledge of textile manufacturing techniques and processes.
💼 English or Chinese communication skills
💼 Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
💼 Ability to work independently and in a team, results-oriented.
